22.11.2019 at the Department of working specialties of technical profile held a round table “practice-Oriented education and quality of training of students” for the qualification “Master of carpentry furniture production” with the participation of individual entrepreneur Ermek Mambetov Baizakovich – “Economy furniture”. The event was also attended by a teacher of special disciplines Khairullin Alexander Ismagilovich, who made a report “Methods of teaching special disciplines in the 3rd year”, masters of industrial training ENES Peter Gottliebovich, who showed the conditions for practical work: workshop manual wood processing, machining, furniture shop, Semeryuk Alexander Petrovich, students 1, 3 courses.
Ermek Baizakovich told about the work of the furniture maker from the practical side: he initiated students into the secrets of the profession, told about new materials and technologies that he uses in his activities. Students asked a lot of questions that interest them: what is the main activity of the furniture maker, what determines the level of qualification, what are the professionally important qualities of the master, the “pros” and “cons” of the profession. Graduates, of course, are concerned about the possibility of practical training and further employment, wage growth over the past 3 years and what it is formed of.
The participants of the round table were happy to discuss in an informal atmosphere important issues for them, and came to a unanimous opinion that in any professional work the most important thing is knowledge and the ability to apply them in practice.
