09.11.2019 year in groups of technical and construction profiles teacher-psychologist Smirnova V. V. and curators of groups was held a single training on the topic: “Conflicts and ways to solve them.” The purpose of which is the formation of students ‘ understanding of the nature of the conflict, the development of the ability to adequately respond to various conflict situations. During the training, students defined the concepts of the word “conflict” and thought about ways to resolve the conflict. At the end of the training, we came to the conclusion that it is not necessary to take to heart any words of the interlocutor, especially negative ones. More forces man always is spent on the, to hold back, not to answer negative on negative!
