On October 23, the first-year students of the construction Department met with representatives of BC-STROY LLP, Deputy Director for administrative Affairs Fedyashin M. P. and head of the personnel Department Khasenova A. B.
During the conversation, Mikhail Pavlovich told the students about the structure of the company, the wage system, the organization of the construction process at the facilities, the successes and achievements, development prospects, the company’s policy, the requirements for employment. Special attention in the company is paid to social programs: support of large families of employees of the organization, carrying out festive events for children of employees, carrying out actions on acquisition of housing at the reduced prices, possibility of obtaining rental housing by young specialists. LLP “BK-STROY” since 2019 provide an opportunity to get higher education to young professionals who have good performance in work. Students asked questions about the requirements for candidates for employment, about opportunities for career advancement, about the remuneration of students during practical training. At the end of the meeting, students filled out feedback questionnaires.
