From 12 to 15 September, three students of our College Amanzholova Aidan, Stepanchenko Alexander and Mr Anuar, together with the artistic Director Usova Ekaterina Aleksandrovna took part in the annual home project youth environment – “School leaders – 2019”. It is remarkable that this season anniversary-the fifth, on already developed tradition is carried out on the basis of summer children’s improving camp “traffic Light”. The project was created on the initiative of Public associations “Society and Me”, “Rhythm”, with the support of the Department of education of Kostanay region akimat.

For four days the leaders of student self-government colleges of Kostanay region, together with their leaders were trained, participated in master classes, met with representatives Of the Department of education and the Department of youth policy, as well as with representatives of the MRC and NGO “green”. Everyone had the opportunity to ask questions and offer their ideas. In parallel with school of leaders the Regional seminar for heads of KDM and the young teachers who are organizers of student’s self-government of institutions of system of TVET was carried out.

After the Grand opening of the School, all participants were divided into teams of a certain color, and then went to their sites, according to the program. The school program included master classes – “Leader and team”, “Competent time management”, “Creation of a single information space”, a master class on the organization and conduct of events, lectures on working with volunteers, planning the work of KDM, the formation of student self-government, the creation of student projects, trainings on team building and identification of leadership qualities, sports competitions and, of course, creative platforms.

One of the tasks of the school of leaders is to gather among the students of the region a Leadership Council of students, composed of nine students from different educational institutions, for further work and implementation of projects created during the event. At the end of the project “School leaders”, each participant received a certificate of completion, and especially distinguished students and leaders, special certificates for active participation, among them was Stepanchenko Alexander, as well as Usova EA The results of all the events and competitions held over the four days the best team is the “Red” part, which included our student Amanzholova Aidanа.
