April 24, 2019 at Kostanay University.A. baitursynova held an open Olympiad on programming among College students majoring in “Computer science and software”.

The purpose of the Olympiad is to improve the quality of training in the field of information technology, the development of students ‘ interest in deep study of programming, identification and promotion of gifted youth.

Intellectual competition for solving various problems on the PC, for which it is necessary to come up with and apply any algorithm or program in one of the programming languages. Participants were given a set of several problems, it was considered solved if the participants were able to make a program that works correctly on the tests prepared by the jury. Tests participants were unknown. The Contester tournament system was used for such competitions.

The Olympiad was attended by students of three colleges: Higher Polytechnic College, Kineu College and Kostanay construction College. There were 17 participants. Our College was represented by students of computing and software 341-1 is Bermagambetov Aslan, Kravchuk Cyril, Sachs Edward and Denis Teslenko.

According to the results of the Olympiad the first place took Kirill Kravchuk. Attaboy!
