More than 30 students Kostanay construction College got up on skis, opening the annual health festival “Burkasyn – 2019”, the programme “Ruhani air” routines “Tadiran Otanym”. It is noteworthy that the festival itself is one of the initiatives of sports youth, which, without doing sports professionally, gives it time at the Amateur level.

The weather last week did not spoil, there were frosts with strong gusts of wind, but despite this, students of all courses in a single burst went to the traditional ski relay, which opened the ski festival of health. On the track stood as an avid Amateur riders and beginners. The main purpose of the competition was to maintain the sports traditions of the College, so the healthy passion of students is closely intertwined with mutual assistance and friendly support.

– In our College participate in competitions of any kind everyone, we do not raise professional athletes, but we instill love for our body from youth. It is important for us to know that students lead a healthy lifestyle, that they do not prefer cigarettes and alcohol to their health – emphasizes physical education teacher Aslan baymukhanov.

The race of the boys was three kilometers, and the girls two kilometers. According to the participants of the festival – such a charge of energy even in frosty weather invigorates and gives strength. And winners and at all told, at what price they got a victory.

– On the eve of the competition I had a high temperature, it was also on the day of the competition, but I did not want to retreat from the race. Well, I just take it as a weakness.
